Yibin vocational and technical college is a full-time comprehensive Higher Vocational College held by Yibin Municipal People's government. In 2002, Yibin agricultural school, Yibin Industrial School (Yibin agricultural machinery school) and Yibin adult secondary vocational school were merged and established. The college has 86 years of school running practice and historical accumulation.

Leshan Vocational and Technical College, founded in 2002, is a state-owned public full-time higher vocational college. More than 18,000 students are studying in full-time here, including 180 international students from Thailand, Laos, Nepal ,Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Mongolia, Bangladesh and Malaysia. Ten departments in the college covers 51 majors under liberal arts, science and engineering. Additionally, more than 100 demonstration bases of experimental teaching and one affiliated hospital is directly under the college.

Suzhou Institute of Technology is located in Changshu, Suzhou—a nationally renowned historical and cultural city, an international garden city known for its rich cultural heritage and picturesque landscapes. It is a full-time public undergraduate institution co-established by the provincial and municipal governments. The institute traces its origins to Suzhou Teachers College, founded in 1958. In 1989, Suzhou Teachers College merged with Changshu Vocational University to form Changshu College. In 2001, Jiangsu Population School was incorporated into the institution. In 2004, it was upgraded to an undergraduate college and renamed Changshu Institute of Technology. In 2025, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, it was renamed Suzhou Institute of Technology. The institute has been recognized as a pilot institution for the National Education System Reform, a project university for the Integration of Industry and Education in Applied Undergraduate Institutions during the National 13th Five-Year Plan, a reserve institution for the National 14th Five-Year Plan Education Power Promotion Project, a pilot university for the Ministry of Education's "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program," a vice-chairmanship unit of the National Higher Education Quality Assurance Alliance, the first pilot institution for the Ministry of Education's Qualification Assessment of Undergraduate Teaching in Regular Higher Education Institutions, and one of the first pilot institutions for the Ministry of Education's Undergraduate Education and Teaching Audit Assessment.

North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power (Hereafter called NCWU) was founded in 1951. Currently, it is jointly sponsored by China’ s Ministry of Water Resources and Henan Provincial Government. With three campuses, NCWU occupies a land area of 256 hectares. The university library owns a collection of more than 2 million books. The value of NCWU’ s laboratory equipments and facilities amount to over 210 million yuan (RMB).With over 2,500 faculty and staff, NCWU offers 64 bachelor, 38 master and 4 doctoral programs to over 33,000 full-time students and 18000-plus part-time students.

Chengdu Neusoft University is a private general institution of higher education approved by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and funded by Neusoft Corporation. Nestled in the UNESCO World Natural and Cultural Heritage Site – the Dujiangyan - Qingcheng Mountain National AAAAA - level Scenic Area in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, the university boasts a fresh and pleasant environment with a campus covering nearly 530,000 square meters and a current student population of over 20,000. It comprises 13 teaching units, with disciplines spanning five categories, namely Engineering, Management, Art, Literature, and Medicine. In 2025, the university offers 30 undergraduate programs and 2 vocational undergraduate programs, enrolling students from 30 provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and autonomous regions across China. Its educational structure focuses on undergraduate education, while also developing international student education, continuing education, and actively preparing for postgraduate education.Since 2014, our university has offered undergraduate programs for international students in China, covering majors such as Software Engineering, E-Commerce, and Digital Media Technology. Most of these international students have proceeded to pursue master's degrees at renowned universities at home and abroad, including Carnegie Mellon University in the United States, Tsinghua University, and the University of Science and Technology of China.
